This is how Viktoria Fuchs, a young restaurateur, describes her cooking style. Born in the Black Forest, Viktoria Fuchs was born with a passion for game dishes. From the knowledge of her parents' traditional hotel, she crystallized her unmistakable philosophy over time and reinvented classic Black Forest specialties: Interpretations with Asian and oriental flavor components come together with the game from their own hunt on a plate and combine to creative and at the same time cosmopolitan and regional dishes of the extra class.

In 2018, Viktoria Fuchs was accepted as one of the youngest members of the "Jeunes Restaurateurs" and in 2020 she published her first cookbook "Fuchsteufelswild" in which she discusses traditional methods such as cheese making and bread baking in addition to the aforementioned game dishes.
