We are looking for you as a motivated member of our small but highly efficient team to support us in the areas of (online) marketing, customer support, community management, media production, administration and much more.

Your tasks/responsibility

We are looking for a part-time (59%) office administrator,
, in Forst an der Weinstraße as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • General organisational tasks and office services
  • Preparation of reports and statements
  • Preparatory accounting
  • Create invoices
  • Accounts payable
  • Ordering
  • Written correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • Working with our CRM system
  • Data maintenance
  • Appointment coordination
  • Telephone answering and forwarding
  • Mail processing

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as an office administrator or comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Very good knowledge in the use of MS Office programs
  • High commitment and flexibility
  • Good organisational skills and a forward-looking, self-structured way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy working with people
  • Enjoy office organisation and the tasks that go with it
  • Interest in process and cost optimisation
  • General commercial accounting skills
